Please remember that stop times are estimates. Times can vary for many reasons such as weather, traffic, etc.

Students are requested to be at the bus stop 5 minutes prior to the listed time. It is also suggested that parents/guardians who meet their children at the p.m. bus stop be there 5 minutes prior to the listed time.

GettingStarted- what do families need to know?
Families can check their child’s school bus information online on BusPlanner Parent Portal and receive email
notifications of routing changes or bus cancellations/delays.

Before riding the bus, families need to:'

1. Visit hrcetransportation.mybusplanner.ca and click “Am I Eligible for Transportation?”
2. Create a Parent Portal account (if they don’t have one already) for current school year.
3. Receive an email from HRCE with updated transportation information, which becomes effective within
5-7 days after any changes are made at the school.
